Case Information Capture
Aquarium Casebook allows you to capture all information relating to a case. You
can define the page layout and the type of information stored in each field on the
page e.g. notes, telephone numbers, dates. Fields can have history recorded against
them, so as information changes users are able to view historical records and see
who updated them.
Administrators can define if data fields are mandatory at a particular point ensuring
that a case always has the right information in order to progress it effectively.
Sensitive information such as bank account details can be encrypted and are only
viewable by authorised personnel. Field validations ensure that information is captured
in a consistent and valid format such as telephone numbers or national insurance
numbers.
Finally, to avoid repetitive data capture you can create custom databases of commonly
used records such as police station, hospital and court addresses.
