Time Recording & Legal Accounting
Fee earners are able to use Aquarium Casebook's stopwatch to record the time taken
for ad-hoc tasks such as client telephone calls, meetings, letter writing etc. Timing
can then be recorded against the case with appropriate commentary for later identification.
In a high volume, workflow-driven practice such as a personal injury road traffic
claims department, specific workflow steps can be assigned a default time. If required, these times
may be optionally overridden when carrying out the task to reflect the actual work necessary.
A summary fee report can be created at the touch of a button and all fee information
can be passed to the majority of the market-leading legal accounts packages.
