Aquarium Claimsbook as well as automatically creating letters allows you to
e-mail, SMS or fax communications to your customers. As with your letters, pre-defined
client communications can be set up and sent either as ad-hoc events or as part
of a more tightly controlled workflow.
The dispatch of client communications can be fully automated, increasing business
efficiency and increasing client service levels. The user simply defines the rules
for sending a particular letter, e-mail or SMS and the system takes care of the
rest. Finally, and by the same means, letters can be automatically bulk printed
to a specific set of clients meeting whatever rules are defined by your business. Not
only that, but this bulk printing can be set up as a regularly scheduled event.
