Claims Handler Diary
A key feature of Aquarium Claimsbook is its i-diary capability. Your staff get a
single view of their case-load and any important deadlines that may require action.
An intuitive traffic light system shows those tasks that are coming due, are due
today, and are late.
A simple calendar enables a claims handler to set appointments in their diary. Reminders
automatically show up on-screen and allow the user to click through to the client
claim requiring action. Diary appointments may also be synched with Microsoft Outlook
for additional convenience.
If a workflow is in use, claims handlers are guided to the next step in the process.
Sections of the workflow containing multiple process steps can also be time-constrained
and the time remaining shown to the claim handler.
Finally, managers are able to access the diaries of their staff and if required,
create or reassign tasks to other individuals. All of this ensures that with i-diary
your claims are managed and progressed in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
