Document Management
Aquarium Claimsbook enables all documents provided by the client to be scanned on
the system for later retrieval. Any documents issued by you can be bar-coded so
that when returned, the scanning system automatically identifies it and assigns
it to the correct client claim.
Any notes, letters, e-mails or SMS created are also saved automatically against
the client's claim for later reference. See also Claim history section.
