Data-day benefits of successful claims strategy
With the fourth annual Strategic Claims Conference heading to Dexter’s House in London next Tuesday, 4 March, Aquarium Software will be shedding light on how data can play a major part in helping insurers implement a successful claims strategy. Aquarium will be attending The Insurance Network’s event, with Sales and Marketing Director Mark Colonnese heading up the software provider’s presence on the day.
Key note speakers from the leading names in the insurance trade will be focussing how the most successful strategies make a fine balance between the cost of risk and customer relations, something which will help them attract new customers whilst still maintaining a high level of control. “The conference will have a key focus on how insurance companies can implement fantastic customer service values into their claims strategies,” said Aquarium Sales and Marketing Director Mark Colonnese. “At Aquarium, we have got the business process side of the insurance claims business down to a fine art, so we’re looking forward to contributing to what we believe will be a great event,” he added.
“Efficiency and consistency of approach are key to keeping customers happy and engaged both during and after a claim, whilst at the same time delivering even higher levels of risk management than previously imaginable. We will be explaining how we can help insurers improve the customer journey and reduce claims settlement times, during what can be a naturally stressful process for claimants.”
Aquarium’s cloud-based technology offers fast, secure and infinitely flexible solutions to drive each specific claims strategy and challenge, whether it be motor, household, pet, travel or gadget claims.
“We realise each insurer has a different outlook on how they want their claims strategy to balance customer service deliverables versus risk profile,” explained Mark. “The flexibility of Aquarium means, fortunately, you can have your cake and eat it!” he added.
The conference features presentations from captains of the industry, including CEOs and COOs from insurance’s biggest brands on their own experiences, meaning delegates know they can trust whatever they learn at the event. For the first year at the event, delegates will also be able to engage in open discussion amongst each other, allowing them to share and forge new ideas that will impact how they will build their claims strategies in the future.
The event will also explore how other industries approach customer service models and how insurers may be able to adapt similar policies.
Aquarium will be in esteemed company, with Jon Dye, the UK CEO of Allianz, delivering the opening keynote speech as well as representatives from Zurich, Brit Insurance and Hastings Direct attending, amongst others. “Our presence, aside the leading names in the industry will see us demonstrating how we have made the insurance process more efficient for clients such as RSA, Assurant and Markerstudy, with constant development ensuring we can respond to changing client needs in the future,” concluded Mark.
