Aquarium engages technology debate at Britannic Convergence Summit 2016

Aquarium is set to attend and present at this year’s Convergence Summit on Thursday 17 November 2016 at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge; on a mission to drive the technical development of the contact centre with the help of the firm’s latest solution, Aquarium Engage.

In the spirit of the Convergence Summit’s goal to share ideas on business transformation, Aquarium will be showcasing Engage and focusing on the ways technology can help contact centres transform how they do business, by aligning the latest advances in communication with automated business process.

“Given the reception Aquarium Engage received at the recent Customer Contact Expo at London Olympia, this year’s Convergence Summit was the obvious next port of call,” said Aquarium Software Managing Director, Ed Shropshire. “Last year’s Summit afforded extensive networking opportunities and I am looking forward to another great event.
